Hello! I'm Dr. Michael Cottam
MACRO Leadership distills lessons I have learned over more than two decades as an educator in colleges and universities across the country. Since 1999, I have served as faculty, instructional designer, department director, dean, and associate provost in some of the most innovative institutions in the world.
My entire career I have specialized in providing technology-enhanced online, hybrid, and extended campus learning experiences to underserved students, especially adult learners who sacrifice so much to support their families as they earn a college degree.
I have done all of this by building up the people around me, by focusing on their unique strengths and putting them in a position to succeed. MACRO Leadership shows you how.
